ABOUT US SAVE FLORIDA MANATEES

About

We love Florida, it’s our home.

Some of us are permanent residents, plan to relocate, enjoy vacationing here or you may have a second home. Florida’s weather, amenities, and low taxes appeal to a wide range of both American and international investors. Unfortunately, the historic influx of people, increased tourism additional industry, has forced a near tragic burden on Florida’s entire ecosystem. The stress on our natural resources unfortunately includes a potential clean water collapse.

The beloved Florida manatee is dying at an alarming rate!

Our goal is to educate the general public and decision makers, by aggregating and curating pertinent ecological, water management, water quality, sustainable recreation, wildlife and manatee related articles ongoing. Your suggestions and contributions are welcome!
